How 3ammiya handles data and privacy.

1. Scope
This policy describes data that may be collected through 3ammiya and your contributions, why it is used, and how to contact us. Counsel should review it before it is treated as a final notice.
2. Data we receive
We may receive account data such as email and display name, contribution and report content, and technical data such as network address, device type, error logs, and usage measurements. A third-party sign-in provider may share basic profile data according to your choices.
3. How we use data
We use data to run the dictionary, maintain accounts, publish and review contributions, prevent spam and manipulation, measure usage and improve performance, and answer support and reports. Any additional use should be disclosed before collection.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use session cookies and language/theme preferences. We may use product analytics to understand pages and events in aggregate. Review your browser controls and the privacy controls we make available as they launch.
5. Service providers and sharing
We may rely on hosting, database, authentication, analytics, and email providers to operate the service. We share the minimum needed to operate and do not sell personal data. Counsel must confirm the provider list and any international transfers before they are described here.
6. Public content
Definitions, usernames, and anything you choose to display may be public. Do not put an address, phone number, or information that identifies you or another person in a definition or example.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, protect people, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Counsel must set the specific periods and explain whether anonymised contributions can remain after account deletion.
8. Data rights and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your data, subject to legal exceptions. Email support@3ammiya.com from the account email so we can verify the request.
9. Children and sensitive content
The service is not designed to collect children’s data. Sensitive content is hidden by default, and content that exploits children or targets a real person is prohibited. Counsel must confirm age thresholds and local obligations.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect accounts and data, but no system is completely secure. Report a security or privacy concern promptly to support@3ammiya.com.
